Application for:
In the Budget on 11th March and subsequently on 17th March, the Chancellor announced two grants to support businesses through the Covid-19 pandemic. These are as follows:
· Small Business grants – a grant of £10k for each business that was eligible for relief under the small business rate relief scheme or rural rate relief scheme on March 11th 2020
· Retail, Leisure and Hospitality grants – a grant available in the aforementioned sectors of £10k for businesses which had a rateable value of up to £15,000 and were eligible for retail relief on 11th March, or a grant of £25k for businesses with a rateable value of over £15,000 and less than £51,000 on the same date. We aim to process claims to enable payment to be made on or before 3 April 2020
